Responsible for the daily function and maintenance for 12k member website and 2k member mailing list, including trouble-shooting and repairing errors, hiring contractors, MySQL database backups & management, & additional vertical site design & maintenance.

• Designed of all in-house banner ads,print ads, and media kits, in addition to 2 complete website redesigns
• Managed the bi-weekly mailing list using Mailchimp, including designing all HTML templates, updating the content for each issue, managing the sign-up process on the website, and sending to the mailing list.

Also functioned as a Web-Designer, designing and updating Joomla based websites, including extension installation and troubleshooting.

• Consulted with clients for new graphic design projects, training on how to use their website content management system, and managed vendors on orders and printing.
• Researched, set up, implemented and managed a web-based project management system to keep office on track.
• Created all t-shirt concepts and designs for an online coffee
store and set up and redesigned the store’s template using basic HTML.
